HYDROTHERAPY
R-Flow group hydrotherapy
At our center, we conduct group pool therapies led by a physiotherapist. The sessions take place in small groups of 10 to 12 participants. Warm water reduces stress on joints and muscles, facilitates movement, and alleviates pain, while exercising in a group boosts motivation and a sense of support. R-Flow hydrotherapy is a water exercise method where controlled water jets provide targeted resistance, promoting rehabilitation, improving circulation, and strengthening muscles without stressing the joints.
HYDROTHERAPY
Individual hydrotherapy
If you’re looking for an effective and targeted therapeutic effect, individual hydrotherapy at our center allows for a fully personalized treatment approach tailored to each patient—whether the goal is to increase mobility, reduce pain, or strengthen a specific muscle group. Our physiotherapists create a personalized exercise plan based on the diagnosis, stage of recovery, individual limitations, and goals. This approach enhances safety, enables timely movement correction, and reduces the risk of injury, significantly speeding up the rehabilitation process.
