KINESIOTHERAPY
Your routine for greater flexibility and strength
The program is a combination of mat exercises, ball exercises, and exercises with various equipment, designed for safe full-body activation. By regularly performing the exercises under professional supervision, flexibility, balance, and coordination are improved, while muscles are strengthened and their elasticity maintained. Kinesiotherapy incorporates elements of DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization) and functional training that mimic everyday movements, and offers programs by choice – individual or group R-FIT. Group sessions are held in groups of up to 5 people.
