KINESIOTHERAPY

Movement towards vitality – free your body from pain and tension

Kinesiotherapy, or treatment through movement, is a system of therapeutic exercises that actively improve the function of muscles, joints, and the entire musculoskeletal system. This method helps relieve pain, prevent disorders, aid the recovery of muscles, tendons, and ligaments, and strengthen the body. Therapy is conducted individually or in small groups under the professional supervision of a physiotherapist, ensuring optimal safety and effectiveness.

Your routine for greater flexibility and strength

The program is a combination of mat exercises, ball exercises, and exercises with various equipment, designed for safe full-body activation. By regularly performing the exercises under professional supervision, flexibility, balance, and coordination are improved, while muscles are strengthened and their elasticity maintained. Kinesiotherapy incorporates elements of DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization) and functional training that mimic everyday movements, and offers programs by choice – individual or group R-FIT. Group sessions are held in groups of up to 5 people.
