Lymphatic drainage according to Dr. Vodder – natural support for your health and recovery

Lymphatic drainage according to Dr. Vodder is a gentle manual massage technique that stimulates the natural flow of lymph in the body. Using light, rhythmic, and circular movements, this method targets lymph vessels and nodes, encouraging the body to effectively eliminate excess fluid and toxins.

How is the treatment performed?

The therapy begins with movements on the lymph nodes in the neck area, and then the massage is directed towards areas where drainage is needed. The movements are always gentle and performed without the use of oils, making this method safe even for sensitive skin. Lymphatic drainage provides an immediate feeling of relaxation, and after the treatment, the body feels lighter and more vital.
