Manual therapy
Professionally guided therapy that uses precise manual techniques to promote recovery and reduce pain
MANUAL THERAPY
A touch that relieves pain
- rehabilitation after injuries and surgeries
- limited mobility
- migraines and tension headaches
Manual therapy is based on precise techniques performed exclusively by hand. It is applied in a targeted way, using carefully controlled force to improve the mobility of joints, connective tissue, or skeletal muscles. We apply two methods of manual therapy – Kaltenborn/Evjenth and Mulligan.
Through a combination of massage, stretching, and mobilization, our physiotherapists restore balance to musculoskeletal structures, improve circulation and joint function, and promote a sense of relaxation and vitality. In addition to reducing pain, manual therapy supports long-term recovery, helps prevent injuries, and restores lightness to the body.
