SOFT TISSUE THERAPY
How is the treatment performed?
The therapy begins with an assessment of your muscles, tendons, fascia, range of motion, and posture. Based on this, the therapist customizes techniques to your needs, ranging from gentle massages and mobilizations to targeted application of friction methods. During the treatment, tissues are stretched, relaxed, and activated, reducing pain, improving function, and restoring ease of movement, all within a comfortable and relaxing environment.
